Homestead Hurricanes

Divers must qualify before they are eligible to compete in meets. To qualify, they must successfully perform the required number and types of dives for their age group during practice. Coach Charlie will notify divers by the Wednesday practice before a meet whether they have qualified to compete.

Exception: Dive Championships
Divers must qualify one week before Championships, as all championship paperwork must be submitted in advance. 

7 & Under 1M and 3M: 

• Diver may do any three dives which may include but not limited to 100A/B/C & 200A/B/C on1M. 
• Diver may do any two dives which may include but are not limited to 001D, 002D, 100A/B/C or 200A/B/C on 3M.

9 & Under 1M and 3M:

• 100 front jump 100 front jump 
• 200 back jump 200 back jump 
• 1 voluntary 001 front entry 
• 1 optional* 

10-11 1M and 3M: 

• 100 front jump 100 front jump 
• 200 back jump 200 back jump 
• 2 voluntaries* 001 front entry 
• 1 optional* 1 voluntary* 

12-13 1M 3M 

• 3 voluntaries* 001 front entry 
• 1 optional* 002 back entry 
• 1 voluntaries* 
• 1 optional* 

14 & Over 1M 3M 

• 4 voluntaries* 
• 3 voluntaries*
