How to Volunteer
Go to the Meets and Events page.
All the swim meets will be listed, both Tuesday nights (which are swimmers age 10 and under) and Thursday nights (for age 11 and up).
Click on the meet your child is participating in.
Click on the green "Job Sign Up" button and enter what you would like to volunteer for.
A box will show if you've already signed up for a job at this meet, if not, click the green "Sign Up for Jobs" button.
You will be shown a list of available jobs at the meet. Click the box next to the job you want and then click the button "Save Assignments."
How to Undo a Job Sign Up
If you change your mind and wish to sign up for a different job, just go back to the Meet and the job list and uncheck the box next to the job you signed up for and then click "Save Assignments."
Please Note:
Remember that each swim team family must volunteer for a minimum of TWO MEETS during the regular season. It is your responsibility to sign-in with the Volunteer Coordinator at the meet (or the event) to make sure you are recorded as having volunteered.
